At Little Tots Academy, teachers are highly qualified, experienced, and dedicated to early childhood education. Our teachers are carefully selected based on their education, professional experience, and their ability to work with children.

Our teachers are certified as early childhood educators through Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. Many hold a college degree in education and have many years of work experience with young children. 

All teachers are certified in infant/child First Aid and CPR. Prior to working in the classroom, they all complete Medication Administration Training, and if they work with infants, they must complete Prevention of SIDS training.

 Before hiring any teacher, we conduct CORI and fingerprint background checks, as required by state law, and observe the teacher during a working interview in one of our classrooms.
