Little Tots Academy is rooted in the belief that the quality of young children’s lives can be enriched through positive early childhood experiences. Each teaching team plans the classroom curriculum weekly, so the varying developmental needs of each child are met. Each classroom is bright, spacious, and has fully enclosed areas that have been divided into activity centers for the age group it serves. Classroom activities are geared to be responsive to children’s thoughts, feelings, and environment and foster new skills and encourage creative problem-solving through conflict resolution techniques. Group life, which includes such daily routines as eating, preparing snacks, circle time activities, outdoor play, participation in enrichment programs, etc., is also considered a rich resource for children’s growth and learning.
